Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in the form of an email or written letter to the CPMC rental office. There is a $95.00 cancellation fee for all cancellations occurring outside of 21 days before the arrival date. If the cancellation is made inside of the 21 day cancellation window your deposit is non-refundable.
