Location Instructions

Directions from Sarasota Airport to Resort The nearest airport is Sarasota/Bradenton International Airport, twelve miles away. Take 41 South to 789 (John Ringling Causeway) and turn right. Take to St. Armands Circle. Take the first right exit from the circle and follow the signs to Longboat Key. The road becomes Gulf of Mexico Drive. Follow 4 miles to the resort on the right. Directions from Tampa Airport to Resort From Tampa: 275 South to I-75 South to Exit 210 (Fruitville Road). Turn right. Follow Fruitville Road to the end (US 41). Turn left onto US 41 (south) to the next traffic light. Turn right onto John Ringling Causeway and follow the directions above.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be in the form of an email or a written letter to the CPMC rental office. There is a $95.00 cancellation fee for all cancellations occurring outside of 21 days before the arrival date. If the cancellation is made inside the 21-day cancellation window, your deposit is non-refundable. Important Payment Information: A 50% deposit is due at booking. The final payment will be charged to the provided credit card 14 days before check-in. To update your card, contact us before the final payment date. Please note the dates and plan accordingly. Declined transactions for the remaining balance must be rectified within 24 hours of receiving notice; otherwise, they will result in immediate cancellation and forfeiture of the initial deposit.

Resort Rules

21+ to Rent. No Smoking. No Pets. No Parties. A $250 authorization hold is taken at check-in and released after checkout, pending inspection.
