Get ready for a fantastic beach getaway at our second-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Siesta Key! Wake up to stunning views of Crescent Beach�s powdery white sands and the sparkling Gulf waters, instantly putting you in vacation mode. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up delicious meals or quick snacks, and you can enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony while listening to the soothing sounds of the waves. The main bedroom features a comfortable king bed, while the guest room offers two cozy twin beds. Two bathrooms provide ample space to freshen up before heading out to explore the beach or take a stroll in the Village for some tasty treats. Plus, there's an in-unit washer/dryer for added convenience. On-site, you'll find two pools, a tiki hut with a TV room and fitness area, and a ping pong table. BBQ grills and dining tables are located by each pool for your enjoyment. And, of course, the highlight is the world-famous Crescent Beach, just steps away from your door. A refundable $250 security hold is required at check-in. Guests must be 21 or older at check-in. Bath towels and linens are provided; guests should bring their own beach/pool towels. Office hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be in the form of an email or written letter to the CPMC rental office. There is a $95.00 cancellation fee for all cancellations occurring outside of 60 days before the arrival date. If the cancellation is made inside of the 60-day cancellation window your deposit is non-refundable.
