Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully furnished space designed for relaxation. The open-concept living area and fully equipped kitchen make it easy to cook, chill, and reconnect. The main bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bath, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds—perfect for families or extra guests. Bonus: there's an in-unit washer and dryer to keep those beach towels fresh all week long. Beyond your door, enjoy two sparkling pools and a BBQ grill station at each, complete with shaded dining areas for al fresco meals. But let’s be real—the star of the show is Crescent Beach itself. Just steps away, the legendary powder-white sand and turquoise waters are calling your name. Need-to-Know Details: Guests must be 21+ at check-in $250 security hold collected at check-in Bath towels and linens provided (bring your own beach/pool towels) While we do our best to keep everything in great condition, occasional maintenance issues are outside of our control. Office Hours: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Heads-Up: This unit’s AC is equipped with a smart sensor that alerts staff if windows or doors are left open. If triggered, staff may enter the unit to close up and protect the AC system.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be made in writing via email or a formal letter to the CPMC rental office. A $95.00 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date. If the cancellation is made inside the 60-day cancellation window, your deposit is non-refundable. Important Payment Information: A 50% deposit is due at booking. The final payment will be charged to the provided credit card 14 days before check-in. To update your card, contact us before the final payment date. Please note the dates and plan accordingly. Declined transactions for the remaining balance must be rectified within 24 hours of receiving notice; otherwise, they will result in immediate cancellation and forfeiture of the initial deposit.

Resort Rules

21+ to Rent. No Smoking. No Pets. No Parties. A $250 authorization hold is placed at check-in and released after checkout, pending inspection. Fees: $49.95 Property Protection Fee $100 Departure Clean 5% Administrative Fee Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in is between 3 PM and 5 PM. Arriving after 5 PM? A lockbox packet and code will be provided. Check-out is 10 AM on the day of departure. Office Hours: On-site office is open Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–5 PM. Amenities Notice: While we strive to maintain excellent amenities, some may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or unforeseen issues.
