Directions from Sarasota Airport to Resort The nearest airport is Sarasota/Bradenton International Airport, twelve miles away. Take 41 South to 789 (John Ringling Causeway) and turn right. Take to St. Armands Circle. Take the first right exit from the circle and follow the signs to Longboat Key. The road becomes Gulf of Mexico Drive. Follow 4 miles to the resort on the right. Directions from Tampa Airport to Resort From Tampa: 275 South to I-75 South to Exit 210 (Fruitville Road). Turn right. Follow Fruitville Road to the end (US 41). Turn left onto US 41 (south) to the next traffic light. Turn right onto John Ringling Causeway and follow the directions above.
Cancellation policy
Full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. For reservations made within 7 days of check-in, full payment is required at the time of booking. For reservations made more than 7 days in advance, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Guests may cancel their reservation for a full refund up to 7 days prior to check-in, minus a $95 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in will result in a 50% forfeiture of the total reservation amount. No-shows will be charged 100% of the reservation total.
