Although the resort isn’t directly on the beach, it's just a short walk or bike ride across the street. Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in the form of an email to Cancel@Vacationfla.com or a written letter to the CPMC rental office. There is a $95.00 cancellation fee for all cancellations occurring outside of 21 days before the arrival date. If the cancellation is made inside the 21-day cancellation window your deposit is non-refundable.
