The open-concept layout offers a full kitchen with full-sized appliances and essentials, ideal for home-cooked meals or easy entertaining. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the guest room includes two double beds. Need extra space? The living room’s sofa bed has you covered. Although the resort isn’t directly on the beach, it's just a short walk or bike ride across the street. Guests enjoy access to fantastic amenities including a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, BBQ grills, a recreation room with pool table, and complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and more. Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in the form of an email to Cancel@Vacationfla.com or a written letter to the CPMC rental office. There is a $95.00 cancellation fee for all cancellations occurring outside of 21 days before the arrival date. If the cancellation is made inside the 21-day cancellation window your deposit is non-refundable. 50% due at booking Remaining balance charged 14 days before arrival To update your card, contact us before the final payment date. If the final payment declines, it must be resolved within 24 hours or the reservation will be canceled and the deposit forfeited.
