The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up your favorite meals, while two full bathrooms and a cozy breakfast nook add extra convenience. Take advantage of fantastic amenities: dive into one of two sparkling pools, challenge someone to a ping-pong match at the tiki hut, or stay active in the fitness area. Enjoy a delicious BBQ at the outdoor grilling stations, complete with dining tables for al fresco meals. And, of course, Crescent Beach is just a few steps away, inviting you to unwind on its famous white sands and crystal-clear waters. Additional Information: A refundable $250 security hold is required at check-in. Guests must be 21 or older at check-in. Bath towels and linens are provided; guests should bring their own beach/pool towels. While we do our best to keep everything in great condition, occasional maintenance issues are outside of our control. Office hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be in the form of an email or a written letter to the CPMC rental office. There is a $95.00 cancellation fee for all cancellations occurring outside of 60 days before the arrival date. If the cancellation is made inside the 60-day cancellation window, your deposit is non-refundable.
