Enjoy barstool seating for two at the kitchen counter, a dining table for six, and an additional dining area for four on the enclosed patio. Located on the second floor (stairs required), this condo offers tranquil Intracoastal water views and is surrounded by natural beauty. Just minutes from historic St. Augustine, this charming retreat is an ideal base for exploring the area. Pet-friendly for up to two dogs (45 lbs max each), with a $25 per dog, per night fee (plus taxes) collected by the property. No other pets allowed. Onsite Office Hours: Open daily, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Additional Info: Age Requirement: Guests must be 18+ to rent and check in. Security Hold: A $250 refundable security deposit is required at check-in. Amenities are subject to maintenance; our team works promptly to address any issues for a great stay.

Location Instructions

Our waterfront location provides convenient access to nearby attractions, such as Vilano Beach, Castillo de San Marcos National Monument, and St. Augustine's charming historic district, which are all just a short drive away. From I-95 Take Exit 318 for FL-16 toward St. Augustine. Head east on FL-16 for about 5.5 miles. Turn left onto US-1 North and continue for about 1.5 miles. Turn right onto W San Carlos Avenue, then make a quick left onto Camachee Island Road. Follow signs to Camachee Cove, and you will find the Inn located at 201 Yacht Club Drive. From Downtown St. Augustine Head north on San Marco Avenue (US-1). Turn right onto W San Carlos Avenue, then a quick left onto Camachee Island Road. Follow signs to Camachee Cove to reach 201 Yacht Club Drive.

Cancellation policy

Full payment is due 3 days prior to arrival. For reservations made within 3 days of check-in, full payment is required at the time of booking. For reservations made more than 3 days in advance, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Guests may cancel their reservation for a full refund up to 3 days prior to check-in, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in will result in a 50% forfeiture of the total reservation amount. No-shows will be charged 100% of the reservation total.

Must be 18+ to rent. Pets permitted only in designated pet-friendly units — please contact us for availability. No smoking. No vaping. No parties. Amenities: While we strive to keep all amenities available, occasional maintenance or unforeseen issues may occur.
