Cancellation policy
A 50% deposit will be taken upon booking. The guest can cancel minus a $50 cancellation fee until 14 days before arrival. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival date will forfeit all deposits. There are no refunds for an early departure or shortened stay after check-in.

Parking: No RV or trailer parking on-site. Boat trailer parking is available through the marina for an additional fee and must be registered at the front desk. Fees & Charges: A cleaning or damage fee may be charged for smoking, deep cleaning, missing items, or room damage.
