Our oceanfront property offers direct beach access, a heated pool, and a full-service marina with fishing charters. While some units may have water views, specific room locations are assigned at check-in and cannot be guaranteed. No Pets, No Smoking. Enjoy complimentary parking and Wi-Fi, and limited trailer parking is available for a fee. Boat slip rentals are also available for a nominal fee. Location Instructions

Caloosa Cove Resort is located at Mile Marker (MM) 73.8 on the oceanside of Lower Matecumbe Key in Islamorada (approx. 2 hour of south of Miami) just before the Channel 2 bridge. Green Mile Markers signs on the right side of the road begin with MM 126, one mile south of Florida City, and end at MM 0 in Key West.

Cancellation policy

Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. For reservations made within 14 days of check-in, full payment is required at the time of booking. For reservations made more than 14 days in advance, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Guests may cancel their reservation for a full refund up to 14 days prior to check-in, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in will result in a 50% forfeiture of the total reservation amount. No-shows will be charged 100% of the reservation total.

Resort Rules

Resort Policies General Rules: No smoking. No pets. No parties or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Occupancy: Jr. Suite (Studio): Sleeps 3 Den: Sleeps 6 Suite: Sleeps 6 A $250 authorization hold will be placed on your card at check-in and released after checkout, pending inspection. Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in: 3:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM (no exceptions) Office hours: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM If arriving after 4:00 PM, call 305-664-8811 for your lockbox combination with key, room info, and WiFi code. Parking: No RV or trailer parking on-site. Boat trailer parking is available through the marina for an additional fee and must be registered at the front desk. Fees & Charges: A cleaning or damage fee may be charged for smoking, deep cleaning, missing items, or room damage.
