Settle into island life at our spacious 1,300 sq ft 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, ideally situated between Key Largo and Key West. Whether you're diving into turquoise waters, setting off on a fishing charter, or soaking in unforgettable sunsets, this is the perfect launch point for your Florida Keys escape. Our condo offers some comforts of home with a well-equipped kitchen featuring a range, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and essential cookware, plus a cozy breakfast nook for casual meals. The dining area seats six and flows into the living room, complete with a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, recliner, large-screen TV, DVD player, and complimentary Wi-Fi, perfect for unwinding after a day on the water. Step out onto the furnished balcony, accessible from both the living room and main bedroom, and take in the island breeze. The main bedroom suite features a king bed, private en-suite bath, and balcony access. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds and shares a second full bath with the main living area. For added convenience, there’s an in-unit washer and dryer, ideal for longer stays or beach-heavy days. No smoking and no pets. Refundable Security Hold of $200 collected at check-in.
